The table is set! Start your engines!

Blueberry pie was one of the options...besides two wonderful pumkin pies...hmmm...yum, yum! The family pie crust recipe & technique results in the best pies I have ever had.

The Pie Spot!

The food will soon takes its rightful place on the table!

I took El Gato with me (that is him on the left). Thankfully he and Annie (my parents cat) got along just fine. They are enjoying their Thanksgiving treat of real wild turkey...just a few feet away!

These dinner roles are the best. Whole wheat & carrot.

The Slaw. Again, the best recipe I have ever had. No one comes close. Just the right amount of dressing (not too much) and the right ingredients.

The "Turkey" & steamed onions....oooooh my.

The potatos! Where would we be without mashed potatos & gravy!?

The Chicken Gravy - quite herby...very good.

Purple Grape Juice

This is my plate...my mom was the only one that had less on her plate than I. Most of mine was potatos, onions, and peas! Oh...I forgot to take a picture of the pot of stuffing. Stuffing isn't a huge draw for me which is why I gave it just a little space on my plate. Too bad I only had one plate full - unfortunately I'm not used to eating so much anymore.

This is the morning after! I went out and walked this morning in the 20 degree weather.

I had to cut my walk short because my toes were getting rather cold. I just had my orange running shoes so the poor little toes got cold.

I hope your Thanksgiving was full of smiles this year. God truely is good!

I was getting into the pictures.... then I thought a masked robber showed up and ruined your dinner... but the man behind the mask was innocent (so some have claimed). Actually I shouldn't have looked at your pictures tonight - it's after 11 p.m. and am hungry. Courage!
Thanks for sharing your Thanksgiving Paet! We had quite a spread too both Turkey and Tofurkey! Mmmm...turkey...so bad but so good! If I had to kill one to eat one I'd rather have the Tofurkey! That was great that you took Gato...I'm sure he felt right at home. See ya tonight.
I believe it's time for a view of Christmas now :)
Here here...I will 2nd that! Obviously someone has been a little too busy to update his blog...tisk tisk tisk...just kidding Paet...hope you had a Very Merry CHRISTmas and many blessings!! See ya in the new year.
Dear Sir,
Please update your blog... you have seen the polite requests above, this is now your official request. If you don't take heed... you could be the one in the far back instead of Tara next time.
